Delivery
We deliver all orders every Friday between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Treats and supplements will arrive in a separate brown paper bag, and raw food will be delivered using the selected cold packaging option. Please ensure your esky, if chosen, is ready by delivery time.

Raw Food Delivery & Packaging Options
To keep your dog’s raw food properly frozen, we offer two packaging options.

Reusable Esky Option
If you have your own esky or have purchased one of our insulated styrofoam eskies, please place it outside by Friday delivery time. We will pack your raw food directly into it, ensuring safe transport.

Reusable Styrofoam Esky Option
Alternatively, you can select our insulated styrofoam box for $6.99. This option also keeps your food frozen and can be reused for future orders.
