Thank you for choosing us for your pet’s needs! We’re committed to providing safe, high-quality treats, food, and supplements for your dog. Because of the nature of these products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Returns

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or partially used consumable products (including treats, food, and supplements).

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

    • Returned within 4 days of delivery.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened pet treats, food, or supplements.

  • Perishable or custom items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at doggydealer1@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Due to product safety regulations, we do not offer direct exchanges on consumable products. If you need a replacement for a damaged or incorrect order, please reach out to us.
