We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit orders, including where

Subscriptions continue on an ongoing basis unless cancelled by you prior to the next

billing date;

Payments are processed automatically before dispatch of each order;

We deliver to selected locations within Australia as specified on our website.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

including courier delays, weather events, or access issues.

Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Our products are frozen, perishable food items.

Risk passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

You are solely responsible for ensuring products are received promptly and stored

correctly after 3 hrs upon delivery.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for spoilage, deterioration, or loss

arising from failure to properly store products after delivery.


5. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change

of mind.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may

have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy under the ACL if a product:

is faulty;

is not of acceptable quality;

is not fit for its disclosed purpose; or

does not match its description.

Claim Requirements

To lodge a claim, you must:

contact us within a reasonable timeframe of 3 days after receiving the order provide proof of purchase; and
