Delivery & Packaging Options

To keep your dog’s food fresh and properly frozen during delivery, we offer two simple packaging options. Both are designed to maintain temperature and ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Reusable Esky Option

If you already have your own esky or have purchased one of our insulated styrofoam eskies, you may select the reusable option. Please ensure your esky is placed outside by 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon. We will then pack your raw food directly into it, ensuring optimal temperature, reducing waste, and providing a sustainable solution.

Styrofoam Box Option

If you don’t yet have an esky, you can choose our insulated styrofoam box. This box is designed to keep your food frozen during delivery and can be reused for future orders. Simply keep the box and select the reusable option next time you order so we can pack your food into the same box again.
